Sterilization is a very important process in both surgery and cosmetic procedures, and any instrument needs to be sterilized. Film and paper sterilization bags are ideal for this procedure. MEDAL autoclave sterilization bags offer convenience, reliability and economy in the sterilization procedure. A wide range of sizes allows the product to be tailored to specific requirements and applications, while the self-adhesive tape facilitates rapid bag preparation. The kraft bag is compatible with steam and gas sterilization methods for autoclave only.

Advantages:

Medical paper with a density of 60 g/m2, compliant with EN PN 868-3, with high mechanical strength in both wet and dry condition.
The foil is a translucent PET/CPP multilayer laminate (6 layers + adhesive layer), which makes it easy to identify the contents of the package.
Multi-channel welding and printing with a total width of 11.5 mm in accordance with EN PN 868-5.
Printing of the labeling outside the package eliminates the possibility of ink contact with the package contents.
Class 1 sterilization indicator in accordance with EN ISO 11140-1.
Indicator area >100 mm2.
A clear change of color indicates that the package has been sterilized.
The self-adhesive tape greatly facilitates the preparation of the package.
